There is some gaming related fiction out there. There are story hours based on the exploits of roleplaying games, weekly fictions about mythical samarai from the world of a collectible card game and novels based on several game worlds.

Much of the work is of a variable quality, and often a roleplaying game simply transcribed into words doesn't always make for great reading. Yet there are some works which are of good quality, and some areas of the gaming world are known for their writing and entertaining fiction.
