Some trolls are more well known than others. These are the ones with Big Names, and many are chosen to spawn more of their race.
Some of these trolls are listed below.
Mur'Tagg
Mur'Tagg is the most powerful shaman among the trolls. A hill troll who now serves N'kul, Mur'Tagg lost a lot of power when Gor'kul, the former lord of the troll gods, was slain by Ey'as. The troll shaman now seeks a way to slay the new troll power of fire. Mur'Tagg is said to have the biggest Name among the trolls, is blessed by all of the troll gods but Ey'as and found the new Homeland of the trolls.

Zubb-Zubb
Zubb-Zubb is a hill troll chieftain who ate a magical blue rock long ago. This troll has many strange powers from the rock and a number of spawn. The tactician of it's kind, Zubb-Zubb is feared by other trolls and leads many into battle in attempts expand the Homeland.

Ugrag
Champion of the last troll games, this mountain troll is known for its competitive nature and held up to others as a paragon of troll-ness. This troll can sneak, throw rocks, rend with mighty claws and hates fire. It is also the holder of the Splat the Dwarf title, adept at grabbing and tearing those smaller than it.

Gut-Throb
This large, aggressive pink-skinned desert troll calls itself the Snot-Gobbler and is known for its attempts to eat nearly anything. Often found with a group of swamp trolls, guarding bridges and eating everything that attempts to cross, including creatures, wagons and anything they carry.

Ken'tin
This hill troll is known for trying to befriend humans. Hiding under bridges, Quintin leaps out and tries to talk to the smaller race in their own tongue. Sometimes the hill troll grabs the humans and abducts them to tame over time. Most of these attempts have little success, but still it tries again and again.

Ragryr "Flamefriend"
A mighty mountain troll shaman who rules from Big Black Rock, Ragryr is known as the greatest troll chef in existence. Many trolls come to take part in his Smash feasts, bringing tribute in the forms of rock and smash. Ragryr does not fear fire, openly embracing it in from of other trolls.

Ben'Da
A very unusual troll, Ben'Da is rarely found among the Troll Homeland, instead travelling human lands, attempting to extract revenge for trolls destroyed by fire magics. It has slain several wizards over time, driven by a hatred of them and a skill for smelling them out
