So my table football arrived, on the Friday before xmas, only 45 days after I ordered it (I'm not bitter at all, honest!). Putting it together took a bit more effort than first would seem, especially as some of the fittings were in upside-down and new holes needed to be drilled for some of the screws and widened for the score-markers. After some help putting it together from John, we gave it a try out and then went down the pub.

Last night was the first time it was used in vengeance, as my gaming group got their filthy fingers on it and gave it a hammering for a couple of games. Luke showed a surprising amount of aptitude for the game and the drinks-holders were approved of.

It is definately a sturdy table, and should last for years to come. The ball does get stuck in the corners at the moment, but I'll find some foil or a smalll ramp to fix it. All in all, I like the latest addition to my household!
